We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations. Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, serving skills, and hospitality best practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for food production. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and staff performance evaluations.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Experience in food production processes within a kitchen environment. Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Previous hotel experience is beneficial but not essential.
