We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team to cover Maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the hospitality or golf industry. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all food preparation and service meet our high standards of quality and safety. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Duties
To ensure a high standard of general presentation and cleanliness of the workplace.
To provide high quality customer experience and service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
To assist your department manager and assistant manager in delivering day-to-day service, golf events & functions. Assisting with room organisation, stocking and serving for functions & daily events.
To be familiar with the pricing and amenities on offer, being able to answer questions and upsell services.
To be familiar with and follow directions as laid down in the Glen Lodge Bawburgh Limited company handbook.
To comply with health & safety standards, including filling out any necessary forms/coshh and risk assessments.
To ensure department reputations are good.
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
