## Job Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in our High Street jewellery store. This role is maternity cover and is expected to last until Spring 2026.
## Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in serving customers
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide product information
## Requirements
- Ability to sell effectively products and services
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Basic maths skills for order processing and calculations
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
-Available 9.30-5.30 four days a week (including Saturdays) with the flexibility to cover holiday and sickness.
