An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focused Supervisor wishing to be a part of our fantastic team in our popular family-friendly Italian Restaurant.

We are looking for a team focused and driven individual who can help lead the Terrazza team as a dedicated Supervisor.

Interested in:

Well organised, self-motivated candidates keen to work in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable Supervisor, keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a hands-on role.
The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader or supervisory expertise in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry.

The successful candidates will be required to:

Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the Restaurant in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager. Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P & L. Ensure that all company Health & Safety, and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the Health & Safety Manager. Focus on "service" standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards. Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village. Ensure that the Restaurant operates to its maximum potential

Due to licensing laws applicants must be 18 years of age or above.

Availability:

The position is full time; the normal hours of work are 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
