The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to join our team.
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations across our site to ensure excellent customer service.
This role involves leading staff, managing shifts, and maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hospitality knowledge, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily hotel operations, such as front desk activities and guest services Coordinate with multiple departments, maintenance, food (service) to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety, and hospitality regulations. Supervise and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage Motivate and support, fostering teamwork and efficiency. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Manage inventory and supplies for smooth operations

Skills and Experience

At least 1 years' experience in hotels or hospitality in a senior or supervisory role managing shifts and staff is essential. At least 1 years' experience in food hygiene is essential. Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance requirements preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software. Health and Safety training is preferred but not essential.

Other Considerations:

Working Conditions:

The role involves standing for extended periods and overseeing repetitive tasks. There may be occasional exposure to cleaning products, laundry facilities, and other equipment. Full training will be provided.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 with weekend work included.

This role requires a fixed working pattern of more than 20 hours per week. Due to legal working hour restrictions, we are unable to consider applicants who are not permitted to work these hours under UK immigration rules.
