We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team at one of our lovely country venues. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and charismatic individual to bring their spark into our team.
Leading staff: Overseeing the work of other team members and ensuring smooth service
Maintaining inventory: Ensuring the bar has the necessary supplies
Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Ensuring customers have a positive experience
Achieving profitability: Working to meet budget goals
Helping the team improve their service and skills
Working closely with management
Having excellent communication and leadership skills
Having a strong work ethic
Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Experience in Bartending
Strong team management and leadership skills
Extensive culinary and food safety knowledge
Excellent communication skills for effective staff interaction
Background in food preparation and cooking
Experience in food production and kitchen operations
Ability to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
Hours: 25-40 hours per week
Starte Date: Between 8-15 September
