Job Title: Floor Supervisor / Manager

Location: Urban Golf (Central London)

Hours: Predominantly Evenings & Weekends

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

The Role:

We're looking for a confident, hands-on

Floor Supervisor / Manager

to help lead our team during our busiest times. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of shifts, supporting the team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the floor and lead the team during evening and weekend shifts Open and close the venue in line with company procedures Oversee bar operations, including stock, cleanliness, and customer service Manage golf simulator bookings and customer support Maintain a lively, professional and fun atmosphere under pressure Ensure health & safety and licensing compliance Act as the go-to person for staff and customers during your shift

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or leisure Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Confident leading a team and making decisions Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic golf knowledge is desirable but absolutely not essential Must have the right to work in the UK
