Monday / Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Fridays and alternate weekends.
Duties Require:
To supervise the day-to-day operation of the Soft Play Centre, maintaining the required standards of health and safety, cleaning and to supervise all employees. Co-ordinate centre activities, supervise and assist all customers using the highest of customer service.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of all customers and staff within the centre.
Supervise and direct employees ensuring completion of scheduled daily tasks.
Assist the Assistant Manager with training, appraisals and performance management of staff within area of responsibility.
Always provide a high standard of customer care responding to any complaints, queries or requests in a professional manner in liaison with the Contact Centre
.
To assist the Cook with food preparation, cleaning and serving duties as necessary for the smooth running of the Centre.
Ensure shift rosters are maintained and obtain cover as required.
Unlocking and locking of the business
Deal with incident/accidents and administer first aid as required, following recording and reporting procedures for incidents and accidents.
Maintain a high standard of, cleanliness throughout the building always, working with staff and daily check sheets.
Completing daily facility inspection checks making sure items of furniture, fittings and play equipment are operating in a safe manner, reporting any defects as necessary/repairing where able.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post's level of responsibility
Making Tea's and Coffees and serving cold drinks
Willing to work in the kitchen - Level 2 Training will be provided
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 34 per week
