Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for e-commerce, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations for e-commerce fulfilment, pick/pack, and dispatch. Coordinate VAS activities including labelling, re-packing, kitting, quality checks, and promotional builds. Manage a team of warehouse operatives -- monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Ensure accurate stock control, inventory transactions, and timely replenishment. Maintain and promote Health & Safety and 5S standards across all areas. Monitor KPIs for service, accuracy, productivity, and quality. Liaise with Customer Service, Planning, and Transport teams to achieve delivery targets. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce errors.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership. Demonstrated ability to cost forecast required resource. Previous exposure to E-commerce fulfilment and VAS (labelling, rework, gift wrapping, bundling, etc.) operations. Sound knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Health & Safety and warehouse compliance standards. Flexible, hands-on approach with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,500.00 per year
