About Us:
We are a newly opened fast-casual venue specialising in New York Bagels, sandwiches, and Specialty Coffee. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a unique dining experience in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our Front of House team as a Supervisor.
We are currently hiring for a new venues across London.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. The Supervisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by preparing high-quality beverages, crafting delicious NYC style Bagel Sandwiches, along with providing a memorable, fun and nostalgic experience for our guests and doing this all by getting the best out your team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise your team, Maintain high quality and high standards. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including quality coffee. Master the art of making sandwiches to-go/eat-in Assist customers in selecting menu items, taking orders, and processing payments with accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter and coffee station Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed Follow UK health, safety, and food safety guidelines at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the front of house and provide support as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Supervisor, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment Work Shoulder to shoulder with your team at peak Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Flexibility to work a casual part-time schedule with the potential for full-time hours based on candidate availability and business needs Must be available on weekends. While you may not be required to work every weekend, we do need to know that you can, if need be. Passion for bagels, coffee, and old school hip hop music is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
