We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Keyholder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Duties

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Time management skills to ensure efficient operation of daily tasks. Proficient in phone etiquette for effective customer interactions. Ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional service to customers. Strong team management skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork among staff members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-12.75 per hour
