Reporting to the Senior Shift Supervisor, having responsibility for the day-to-day production and overall supervision of the production operators.

Your Tasks

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met. Work with the Senior Shift Supervisor to organise and manage production shifts for smooth workflow, maintaining WIP levels and reallocating resources to meet output targets. Monitor productivity, identify root causes of underperformance, and report it to the Senior Shift Supervisor. Keep production boards and KPI date up to date. Ensuring 5S, OTIF, process control, and operator maintenance are completed to a high standard. Maintain team discipline, attendance, and high work standards. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, maintaining accurate, legible, and properly filed documentation. Achieve production targets for quality, productivity, and Right First Time; report deviations and quality issues promptly. Promote best practices and provide feedback to operators. Support continuous improvement with the Senior Shift Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Your Profile

Demonstrate a good knowledge of Health and Safety Be able to lead, manage and develop a team Natural and strong leadership Have a working knowledge of continuous improvement Have good organizational and priority management Likely to be competent in IOSH Managing Safely 3 years of supervision experience 5 years of manufacturing experience
