We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a Supper Cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation and presentation of high-quality suppers, ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Serve meals with attention to presentation and resident satisfaction.
To include three, 4 hour shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2-6pm
Be available for holiday cover.
Experience
Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
Experience in serving customers and understanding their needs is beneficial.
A passion for cooking and delivering an exceptional service for our residents.
