, we are looking for a

Supplier Quality Engineer



Perform source inspections at supplier facilities to assess the quality of system components Lead and coordinate supplier quality reviews to ensure adherence to requirements Request and follow up on detailed corrective actions for recurring non-conformities Evaluate overall supplier quality performance and support improvement initiatives Initiate corrective action requests and escalate where necessary Track and report the status of open actions to internal stakeholders and management through clear presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier quality excellence Ensure supplier compliance with aerospace standards and internal quality systems Support supplier interventions when performance is below expectations Contribute to continuous improvement within the supplier quality process

Requirements



About you:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or similar), or a Technical Degree with equivalent practical experience Minimum

5 years' experience

in supplier quality, quality assurance, or a related field

Aerospace industry

experience is preferred;

automotive

or other regulated industries also considered Familiarity with industry quality standards (e.g.,

AS9100

,

8D

,

FMEA

) Experience in supplier development or intervention is an asset Fluent in

English

(written and spoken); additional languages such as

French

are a plus Ability and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, sometimes on short notice

Skills:



Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ownership Able to manage tasks independently and adapt to shifting priorities Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
