Join us as a Supplier Service Manager at Barclays, where you will minimise risks associated with third-party services, oversee the performance and relationship management of suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met. You will also resolve and remediate breaches and identify deliver cost savings.
To be successful as a Supplier Service Manager, you should have:
Detailed knowledge and experience of Procurement.
Knowledge of best practice operations management, risk, control, governance, finance, business continuity and systems.
The role requires a high level of interpersonal skills demonstrated by good oral and written communication and a team player who is professional and confident when dealing with internal & external stakeholder.
Strong ability to deliver at pace adapting to meet changing business demands and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience of working in a Service or Supplier Manager role or within an equivalent Governance role.
Knowledge of products/services and systems used across Merchant Services Operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to present simple and relevant business performance updates / solutions.
