We're looking for a

Supplies Assistant

to join our team and help ensure that our services run smoothly by managing essential stock, including medications, consumables, and medical equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:



Supporting all PHL services with medication, consumables, and equipment requests. Keeping track of stock levels, checking expiry dates, and ensuring accurate records. Managing deliveries, organising stock, and rotating supplies to reduce waste. Assisting with stock audits and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Transporting medical supplies to various sites -

a full manual driving licence is required.

Liaising with service managers to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.

What We're Looking For:


Essential:



Hold A full clean UK driving licence (able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications. The ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain high standards.

Desirable:



Previous experience in stock or supplies management. Experience handling sensitive stock, such as medication, following strict protocols.

Hours:

10:00 - 13:00 Monday - Friday
