The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Supply and Operations Manager within our business. We are looking for someone to lead and coordinate all operational areas of the business, ensuring our supply chain, warehouse, deliveries and IT and business systems operate efficiently and in line with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities
Monthly order planning overseeing forecast adjustments, stock planning and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels within the Irish and UK warehouse.
Measure supplier performance and compliance with company and ISO requirements.
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments under your remit.
Maintain and improve operational procedures, KPIs and work instructions.
Direct line management to the warehouse supporting all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, stock rotation, picking and dispatch.
Oversee day-to-day use of ERP/CRM/WMS systems, ensuring data aligns with quality and audit requirements.
Support IT partners with system reliability, cybersecurity and ISO-related documentation.
Act as operational lead for the company's ISO management systems.
Maintain documented procedures, records, audits, non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
Coordinate external audits, certification visits and internal audit schedules.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
What will help you succeed
Proven experience in operations, supply chain or logistics management in an SME environment.
Demonstrated experience working with or maintaining ISO 9001 (essential); ISO 14001 or 45001 desirable.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock management and distribution.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Able to drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
