Our Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for the exceptional administration within the Supply Chain team. This will be achieved by providing excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and embracing learning opportunities to be the best that you can be. This is a full-time permanent position, covering 37.5 hours over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo's Braintree site.

What are my responsibilities?



Ensure any administrative issues are identified and provide solutions to rectify them to the Supply Chain Manager. Work with the Supply Planner to ensure purchase orders are not delayed and work with the forecast models ideal delivery date. Authorise invoices for purchase orders raised by cross checking the information displayed correctly matches what is requested. Oversee supplier management across all Import and GB suppliers for CareCo. Use internal customer or supplier feedback and reports to assist the Supply Chain team to take the logistical requirements of the business into consideration when making decisions. Responsible for keeping supply chain reports up-to date, including but not limited to: Discontinued Report, Supplier Spend and Stock Turn. Develop your ongoing awareness of industry activity and supply chain market conditions.

What qualifications & skills are required of me?



GCSE in English & Mathematics. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person. Communicates confidently and collaboratively, contributing to discussions around current and future processes to improve efficiency and share ideas. Supports others through strong mentoring or coaching abilities, assisting with training and induction of new team members. Presents a professional image at all times, reflecting the company's values through appearance and behaviour. Shows commitment to continuous personal development and actively engages with training and learning opportunities. Takes a proactive approach to performance improvement, engaging constructively in performance management and feedback discussions.
