Position Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Supply Chain Administrator to support our logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with freight carriers, and helping manage inventory systems.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Bryants Farm Kiln Road Reading Berkshire RG4 9PB

Reports to: Head of Supply Chain EMEA & AP

Primary Responsibilities



Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners. Prepare and verify shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origins. Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues in transit. Maintain supplier and shipping documentation in accordance with internal policies. Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to ensure alignment across the supply chain. Assist with day-to-day facilities requirements. Work with Inventory Controller & Head of Supply Chain on projects as required. Any other duties deemed necessary.

Experience & Skills



An understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and international logistics advantageous. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce) and logistics software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
