As a

Supply Chain Administrator

, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of stock across our global attractions. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planner, you'll be responsible for processing and coordinating orders, maintaining accurate stock data, and supporting commercial performance across the Merlin brand portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with our Merchandising, Finance and Attraction teams to optimise availability and keep our magical experiences running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities



Order Processing



Place and manage supplier orders promptly, ensuring required approvals are obtained. Track open purchase orders, resolve issues, and cancel outdated orders as needed. Collaborate with suppliers to proactively address issues, escalating critical matters. Maintain and update order sheets to support accurate replenishment for Attractions. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required.

Administrative Support



Ensure accurate item setup, purchase orders, and data maintenance across systems. Regularly update and maintain filing systems for quick and easy document access. Identify and report system issues through proper channels. Assist the Supply Chain Manager with last-mile delivery coordination when needed



Qualifications & Experience:

? A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

? Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

? Numeracy skills and attention to detail, including confidence using Excel and basic formulas.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a confident and open-minded approach.

? Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to interpret data, resolve issues and drive commercial success.

? Passion for creating seamless experiences for guests and colleagues.

? Previous administrative experience in a dynamic office environment is desirable but not essential.
