We are currently recruiting for a

Supply Chain Administrator

to join our

Procurement team

based at our site in Glenrothes.

Position Summary:



To provide support to the supply chain function to help achieve operational objectives and ensure service levels are effectively maintained to meet customer and factory requirements.

Essential Functions:



Manage transport requests Logistics documentation Logistics monitoring and reporting Collating KPI's and weekly performance reports Delivery performance and capturing reason codes on delays Refreshing of planning tools Collating and updating S&OP charts/ reports to support the function System management to support warehouse stock transfers

Additional Responsibilities:



MRO purchasing/ MRO stores holiday coverage Reviewing Bill's of Materials and providing lead time information from system or liaising with buyers Date maintenance on MRP system

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience:



Education



Good Higher/GSCE grades, including English and Maths.

Experience



Operating in a fast-paced environment to challenging deadlines would be advantageous.

Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong MS office, including intermediate Excel. Exceptional team player. Attentional to detail and accurate execution A positive can-do attitude. Self-motivated and a flexible approach to workload and tasks.

Fast paced office environment. Manufacturing environment.
