We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of logistics and supply chain activities including procurement, freight coordination, inventory management, and documentation control. You will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage indirect purchase orders (POs)
Source, compare and evaluate quotations from indirect suppliers
Maintain approved vendor lists and monitor supplier performance
Follow up on order confirmations, deliveries, and supplier payments
Handle import/export documentation and supplier contracts
Track inventory levels, stock movements, and reconcile physical counts
Update and maintain ERP/Inventory systems (SAP)
Manage return orders, damaged goods, and discrepancies
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders and transport partners
Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays
Analyse freight costs and transportation efficiency
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain and logistics reports
Produce KPI reports (lead time, delivery accuracy, cost-savings, etc.)
Support audits with accurate and timely documentation

Exceptional attention to detail with a "right first time" approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Able to investigate, interpret and resolve system queries independently
Person Specification
Proven experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role, ideally within manufacturing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, and other digital tools
Practical experience using SAP is highly desirable
Solid understanding of purchase order processes
Experience in administration or clerical roles
Qualifications
Good general level of education
Prior administrative experience
SAP experience preferred
