This is an exciting new role, to join the Supply Team as a Supply Chain Administrator, to be based in Leeds at our Head Office production site.

Overall Purpose:



You will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Team with Administrative tasks , help support the smooth running of the department. Ensuring inventory control and documentation is accurately documented, supplier relationships are seamless. You will have the ability to work at a fast pace, supporting the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal colleagues. Entering of data into inhouse systems and into external portals. Produce statistical reports in relation to material usages and supplier deliveries. Support the purchasing of raw materials and ensure that materials are received on time to meet production requirements. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure reliability and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all supply chain activities are supported. You may be required to perform additional duties within your skill and competence as the Company may reasonably require, where the work-load demands and/or there is a business need. Comply with all Company policies and procedures including those to protect the health and safety and welfare of anyone affected by the Company's business. Undertake training to meet the requirements of the role. Behave in a manner, which respects the differing needs and cultures of other Colleagues

Competent Skills:



Good understanding of IT systems and software, proficiency in Excel particularly important. Ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload. Experience within a food manufacturing environment preferred. Flexible attitude The desire to progress within Supply Chain
This is a site based role, working Monday - Friday ( No Hybrid)
