About the Role



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Supply Chain Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, supporting our commodity trading operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and information across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Support Supply Chain with administrative requirements to ensure efficient processing of Company Transactions and an outstanding customer experience.

Process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.

Review and verify purchase orders and confirmations for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Support commodity trading activities, including coordinating purchase and sales orders, tracking shipments, and monitoring market movements where relevant.

Maintain accurate purchasing and trading records, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

Collate and analyse data to produce reports (e.g., OTIF, inventory, spend).

Monitor inventory and safety stock levels to support business continuity.

Work closely with NPD, QA, and Technical teams on new item setup requests.

Maintain and update supplier databases and approved vendor lists.

Coordinate with the Finance department to resolve invoice queries and ensure smooth payment processes.

You'll bring:



? Experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role (commodity or trading experience advantageous).

? Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills.

? Effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships internally and externally.

? Analytical mindset with strong reporting and Excel skills.

? Experience using ERP or purchasing systems preferred.
