Supply Chain Administrator - 6-month FTC



CDA are looking for a detail-driven

Supply Chain Administrator

to join our dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract.

What you'll be doing



Coordinating direct delivery trackers and supporting end-to-end supply planning from UK and EU suppliers. Managing supplier invoicing and maintaining master data for key reports. Creating inbound deliveries in SAP and providing lead-time support to Customer Care. Handling product and pricing master data for finished goods and spare parts. Sourcing alternatives for out-of-stock products and planning inbound deliveries for our parts warehouse.

Where You'll Work



You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter. Expect to work closely with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and Amica HQ, to keep everything running smoothly.

Location

: Langar (Hybrid working available)

Working Hours

: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What we're looking for



Experience:

1+ year in a Supply Chain role.

Skills:

Intermediate Excel, strong organisational and time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Bonus:

SAP experience.

Mindset:

Problem solver with great coordination skills and the ability to work with different types of data.
