This vacancy is based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine, Ayrshire.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Located at the European Divisional Support Centre in Irvine, Ayrshire, this 12-to-15-month placement will report to key member of the European Materials Planning Team. The successful applicants will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:Updating the Material Planning systems with Suppliers and Logistics provider information. Support the Supply Manager with Analytical reporting. Participate in weekly team meetings and learn to work as part of the team. Manage several Vendor Accounts where you will learn and develop system, interpersonal & communication skills. Purchase Order management, with global supply base, to ensure on-time delivery. Support the Team in meeting key performance metrics for Supplier Quality, Delivery and invoice accuracy. Assist Material Planners to manage Suppliers Accounts.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses. Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with suppliers and internal contacts. Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team. We reserve the right to enhance shortlisting criteria as necessary.
