Position Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton (Site based)
Key responsibilities
To provide critical support across the Supply Chain team and contributing effectively to ensure that all processes are followed and processed correctly.
Provide analysis of open sales orders against forecast identifying shortfalls / additional demand
Update & Manage Customer Service OTIF KPI's
Monitor & Update Current and future month's order intake.
Facilitate the return of any customer products liaising with all relevant departments
Support other roles within Supply Chain Team, cross training in Logistics, Order Processing & Production Coordinator to provide holiday cover if required.
Manage & Update Internal Supply Chain NCR
Scan In & Manage In-coming Delivery notes, Customer POD's & Driver Sign In Sheets.
Chase Supplier's & Ensure All BRC certifications are up to date.
Update Within IFS Customer/Supplier Prices.
Assist Supply Chain Controller with fortnightly stock takes on all inventory parts.
Provide Aged Stock Reports To Sales Team.
