Are you ready to take on an exciting and challenging role in supply chain management?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills make a real impact every day? Do you love building trusted relationships with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure products arrive on time, inventory stays accurate, and our customers receive the best possible service?
Klipspringer is looking for a proactive, detail-focused Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Ipswich. In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day flow of goods and services for your categories and suppliers -- managing logistics, procurement, stock control, and on-site services to support our growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.
What your typical week will look like:
Coordinate the entire supply chain process for your categories and suppliers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant flow of goods and services.
Manage customs processes for imports, ensuring compliance, timely clearances, and avoiding unexpected costs or delays.
Take ownership of indirect procurement (excluding utilities and CAPEX), sourcing best-value goods and services, negotiating contracts, and driving cost savings.
Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstocking, maintaining on-shelf availability.
Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for uninterrupted supply.
Work closely with the cross functional teams to plan and book deliveries, ensuring everything runs to schedule.
Gather and analyse supply chain data, producing monthly reports and identifying trends and opportunities to drive cost savings and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements, maintaining organised, audit-ready documentation.
Support Category Managers & Commercial Manager by aligning supply chain activities with plans, targets, and supplier goals.
Build strong relationships with couriers, 3PLs, and suppliers to secure competitive rates, dependable service, and resolve any service issues within agreed SLAs.
Schedule and coordinate all on-site service and repair activities, ensuring the right equipment, people, and paperwork are in place for smooth, compliant visits.
