Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Foodservice Business Unit
. The successful candidate will deliver effective and efficient supply chain management to support our progressive business development to ensure the growth of our key strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do
Order
Processing
&
StockManagement:Processing of Purchase Orders, monitoring and maintaining stock levels ensuring accuracy of delivery to the customer. Supporting the financial team with account reconciliation.
Logistics
Support:
Co-ordinate with intercompany distribution teams & third party storage facilities, identifying and resolving supply challenges or stock discrepancies.
Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Forecasting:
Track and monitor key supply chain metrics. Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain improvement opportunities. Ensure forecasts are updated working closely with the commercial and category team.
What We're Looking For
Proven
Experience:
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, finance or administrative support.
Operational
Knowledge:
Knowledge of inventory management systems, understanding of food manufacturing and route to market requirements.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent communication, interaction, and proactive solution based abilities.
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
