Supply Chain Coordinator

to join our dynamic team. Based in Tetbury,Gloucestershire, our company supplies some of the

UK's largest retailers

as well as a growing number of

international clients

in the retail garden sector.

We're seeking a proactive, detail-focused individual who is ready to take the next step in their supply chain career. You'll be joining a small, supportive team where initiative and a can-do attitude are highly valued.

About the Role:



Working within our supply chain function, you'll be responsible for coordinating logistics operations -- particularly international container shipments -- and ensuring smooth, cost-effective movement of goods. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in a wide variety of other roles. Due to the size of the team the role is the perfect position for anyone looking to develop a wide skill set within the industry for a successful long term career.

This is an office-based role,

however dependant on weekly work requirements flexible working may be considered

once training is completed. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and able to work under their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments

Liaise with freight partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery

Support compliance with import/export and customs regulations

Ensure we maintain compliance in line with our individual customer requirements

Resolve logistical challenges quickly and effectively

Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports

Contribute to ongoing improvements in supply chain processes

Invoice completion following shipment.

Key Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role (international shipping experience preferred)

Experience of invoicing would be of benefit though not essential

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident with Microsoft Office in particular Excel

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

A flexible attitude towards working day requirements. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
