What You'll Be Doing:




Review current processes to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing). Build dashboards and KPI reports (inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, supplier performance). Gather, clean, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and procurement systems. Automate existing tools and processes to improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and adopt new Power BI features and best practices. Analyse supply chain trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities. Help define and improve key performance metrics. Create data visualisations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels. Support demand and supply planning with data-driven insights and scenario modelling. Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines and automate reporting. Collaborate closely across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Finance. Contribute to system implementations by defining data and reporting requirements. Support digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML, predictive analytics, advanced planning systems). Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security. Support NetSuite implementation and rollout.

What Experience & Skills You Will Need:







Essential




Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or operations. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain software tools. Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports Advanced knowledge of Excel (VB/Macro) Process improvement experience Change Management & Continuous Improvement Management experience Knowledge of statistics

Desirable




Supply Chain Management experience Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
