Job Opportunity
This is a new role within the company to improve and maintain our current Product ReUse processes. This is to support in the efficient running of the Product ReUse operation, and its ongoing growth within the Business. The primary focus will be Operational management and liaising with publishing contacts, with the potential to support the Group Operational Development Manager, and wider Operational Supply Chain team.
As our Product ReUse Executive your responsibilities will include:
? Manage the reporting and communication for Product ReUse across the business, including contamination, volume forecasting, on Sale and shortage tracking
? Identify and recommend process improvements and changes within the day-to-day operations as well as within the report structure
? Setting wholesale retention levels to optimise the re use volumes being processed at Sheffield
? Efficient on boarding of new clients and products to ensure a first-class service.
? Liaise with publishers to keep them informed of all the key re use metrics. Such as damages, volumes and profitability
? Support with the day-to-day operational management, where needed, including internal communications and product flow management

Essential Skills
As our Product ReUse Executive, you will need the following skills:
? Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and develop powerful working relationships
? Solution driven approach to overcoming obstacles
? Experienced in data manipulation
? Experience in a high-pressure environment where task prioritisation is critical
? Experience of operational supply chains is preferred
Our Product ReUse Executive role is based at Stuart House, Peterborough with occasional travel to other sites; particularly Sheffield and London and you will report into the Group Operations Development Manager.
