Essential:



Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and Excel/financial modelling skills. Experience in management accounting, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or supply chain finance. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident working with non-finance stakeholders. Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Desirable:



Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools. Understanding of standard costing, BOMs, and manufacturing variance analysis. Experience working in a fast-paced or growing business environment.


The Supply Chain Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis within the Supply Chain and Operations functions. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain, NPD and operational teams to provide insights that improve cost efficiency, optimise processes, and drive profitability.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment and is looking to develop into a future Finance Business Partner.


Key Responsibilities

Support the Supply Chain Finance Business Partner in providing accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and insights for the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams. Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Partner with operational teams to track and understand cost drivers, waste, yield, and labour efficiency. Monitor and report on inventory levels, stock valuations, and obsolescence provisions. Maintain and improve financial models to enhance decision-making and operational visibility. Support investment appraisals, business cases, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial systems and data accuracy.
