Role Overview



The Supply Chain Manager leads the end-to-end management of client supply chains, from purchase order creation through to final delivery. Responsible for operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction, this role acts as the key link between internal departments, external logistics partners, and clients, ensuring seamless coordination, cost efficiency, and continual improvement across all supply chain activities.



The role is both strategic and operational, combining data-driven management, proactive problem-solving, and strong people leadership to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes.




What You'll Do





As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of client supply chains from purchase order creation to final delivery. You will:


Lead and oversee all supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, warehouses, and vendors to optimise capacity, scheduling, and shipment visibility. Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, delivering tailored solutions and building strategic relationships. Monitor data integrity across external provider, internal and customer facing visibility tools to ensure real-time, accurate tracking. Analyse data to drive performance improvements, identify cost savings, and support decision-making. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion innovation by leveraging technology to enhance processes and client experience.



What We're Looking For




Proven experience in ocean freight operations within a freight forwarding environment Expertise in order management and end-to-end supply chain coordination Strong leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams. Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and driven to deliver outstanding service. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office
