Yuanfang Limited is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the supply chain and logistics functions. This position will work closely with our Operations teams to ensure that our supply chain is running smoothly and efficiently.

This job will need to meet/contact our Chinese suppliers in a daily basis, native mandarin speaking / writing / reading / listening are essential requirements for this position

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain and logistics functions Lead the development and implementation of supply chain and logistics solutions to meet customer needs Lead the development and implementation of supply chain and logistics solutions to meet customer needs Manage inventory control processes, including purchasing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and documentation Reviewing, analyzing, and improving existing processes to improve efficiency Developing and implementing process improvements Establishing goals for the department's growth and success in accordance with company policies Maintain a strong work ethic while being flexible to the changing demands of the business Work closely with service team to ensure that equipment is running properly Work closely with sales team to ensure that customer needs are being met Other duties as assigned by manager

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred (or equivalent experience) Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 39,000.00-43,000.00 per year
