Are you ready to lead strategic supply chain initiatives across high-value subcontracted trades? We're looking for a dynamic

Supply Chain Manager

to join our

UKCS Regional Civils Procurement Team

and help shape the future of our supply chain strategy.

What you'll be doing



Develop and implement a robust

Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy

aligned with business goals and sustainability objectives. Lead a

Strategic Supplier Management Programme

, driving performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a

category-led approach

to supply chain and subcontractor relationship management. Identify opportunities for

cost savings and value creation

through pipeline consolidation. Champion the use of

digital tools

for analytics and reporting. Build and maintain a

preferred subcontractor network

, ensuring compliance and engagement across the business. Communicate key updates and initiatives through a clear and engaging strategy.


Who we're looking for



A relevant business degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Proven track record in

negotiation, influencing, and exceeding targets

. Experience in

Category Management and subcontractor engagement

. Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and confident presentation abilities. A pragmatic, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
