Salary:

35,000 per year plus monthly bonus.

We believe in fixing the damage done by the packaging companies that came before us. That's why every box reused not only helps to keep trees in the ground but also funds climate action & reforestation. We created a community of more than 2500 businesses that works together to reuse cardboard boxes (11m to date), saving 1.5m trees & more than 500K tonnes of carbon.

Role Overview:

As part of our supply chain national account manager, you'll be responsible for the management and development of our supply chain strategy. Negotiating contracts & managing key supply accounts of medium to large businesses (many of which are household brands). Responsibilities include:

Managing collection & supplier requests from multiple medium to large sized business clients. Negotiating & managing supply contracts. Reordering supplies and products. Conducting regular supplier check in calls & troubleshooting issues to ensure Reuseabox delivers a world class service. Liaising with suppliers to create supply forecasts. Negotiating supply agreements with suppliers. Educating clients & raising awareness of the Reuseabox model & the problem we fix.
We're looking for early to mid-career sales or supply chain professionals, that want to work for a world class purpose driven business and take their career to the next level.

Role requirements:

You have at least 5 years' experience working in sales. You enjoy customer facing roles. You have an understanding of how supply chains operate. You have had exposure to inventory and data management. You take a solutions-driven approach to problem solving. You enjoy rolling your sleeves up to get close to the details of our operation. You're adaptable and can manage your work effectively when priorities change. You're analytical and comfortable diving into detail on spreadsheets. You're comfortable with supplier relationship management. You care about people & planet.

You'll probably hate this role if you:

Prefer strategic or long-term project work rather than keeping our daily operations moving. You love to hear "We've always done it that way". You're afraid to make mistakes (or you can't learn from them when you do). You need support to make daily decisions which are within your remit. Spreadsheets scare you. You're not comfortable building new relationships with colleagues or suppliers. You hate learning.

That's why as part of this role you will be required to follow education courses and take part in workshops with the rest of the team.

Interview Process:

Introductory call - 30 minutes. Scenario-based task to assess your thinking regarding supply chains (preparation time of about 30-60 minutes.) In-depth interview. Meet and greet with the wider team. Offer
