This is fixed term contract until the end of December 2025 and it will involve some weekend working.

What you'll be responsible for:

Maintain accurate data records Assist in resolving any supply chain issues and escalate as needed Adhering to team SLA's whilst maintaining accurate data processing and administration You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain Complete Daily/Weekly tasks in a timely manner Some Weekend working Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Good organisational and analytical skills PC literate and confidence with Excel Enthusiastic with a professional approach to external contacts The confidence to communicate with people at all levels Great attention to detail Calm under pressure Knowledge of replenishment/merchandising process, stores or depots would be an advantage Can deal with all enquiries in a professional, timely manner at all levels of the business Be a team player but also be able to work on own initiative in a busy environment Flexibility to work when required is key
