In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for communications between DM Gosport and the Armed Forces, ensuring the delivery of a world-class service. You will work as part of a close-knit team of six, collaborating closely with the Logistics Manager, who oversees all depot logistics operations on-site. Your role will be integral to the smooth running of operations, and your presence on-site will be essential to ensure success in this position.

What you'll be doing
This role aid teams (Customer Support, New Service Provision, Operations, Production Planning, Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Warehousing and Finance) in the provision of Logistics Services and Materiel Accounting, supporting the interface between the organisation and its customers
Adopt a multi-skilled philosophy and approach in supporting wider operations and activities in accordance with local and departmental policy and procedures.
Monitor demands against materiel pipeline supply framework in accordance with -Defence Logistics Framework - DLF
Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement across delivery teams or other stakeholders.
Maintain quality levels as required by the business and key performance indicators
This role provides assistance for co-ordinating the delivery of in-service support to operational platforms from a materiel's perspective (including Weapons Ordnance Munitions and Explosives - WOME). Ensuring the customer's requirements are met in line with the Front-Line Command Management Plans.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
