In this role you will be working as part of the supply chain team to support in administrative duties that are fundamental to the smooth running of the department. You will be responsible for tasks pertaining to purchasing materials, managing the follow through paperwork, communicating with other departments on timings, and system management.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
To support in the raising, delivering and prepping PO paperwork for accounts
Maintaining accuracy on our stock systems by way of NPD and bin tidy consumptions on BC
Communicating raw material information updates for the customer service team
Support in managing shelf-life extension requests and material disposals
Jerrycan and substrate stock assessments and alerts for the buyers
Efficiency project work, including data collation and implementing changes on the software system
Booking collections for imports and managing the paperwork trail and filing for documentation
Sample ordering and admin updates for the NPD team
Arranging frozen stock deliveries including labelling and system updates for traceability
PO daily check ins for deliveries
Updates to the system on price updates for materials
Seasonal sheet preparation to support the senior buyer in planning
Import log management for HMRC compliance
File system tidy ups on all supply chain team documentation and recording

Hours of Work: 20 hrs per week
No Shifts - Monday to Fridays working week.
