3. Operational Environment

We are seeking a Supply Chain Technology Platform Manager to own and manage the global technology platform that underpins our supply chain operations. This role is highly technical and acts as the bridge between supply chain technology and core IT teams, ensuring that our systems are secure, scalable, and fully integrated.

You will be responsible for platform governance, environment provisioning, and compliance with JD Technology standards, while enabling regional teams to deploy solutions effectively. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on technical complexity and wants to shape the backbone of our supply chain technology ecosystem.



4. Role Description

Platform Ownership: Define and maintain global standards for supply chain technology platforms, including WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS, ERP, middleware, and integration layers. Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems meet JD Technology security and compliance requirements. Infrastructure Coordination: Manage network needs, server requirements, and installation processes in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams. Integration Management: Oversee integrations between supply chain systems and enterprise platforms, ensuring stability and scalability. Environment Provisioning: Lead environment setup and management for development, testing, and production. Collaboration: Work closely with regional technology managers, QA, Architecture, Data, and Service Delivery teams to enable successful deployments. Continuous Improvement: Drive platform enhancements and adopt emerging technologies such as digital twins and AI.

6. Experience and Knowledge

Essential

Strong technical background in enterprise supply chain systems and platform architecture. Experience with WMS, WCS, TMS, ERP, middleware, and integration technologies. Familiarity with Manhattan Active, WCS solutions, and modern integration frameworks. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security standards). Proven ability to manage complex environments and ensure compliance. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferable

Knowledge of Agile delivery practices. Experience in large-scale transformation programs. Budget management exposure.
