Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods
Manage order tracking, supplier shipments, and customer dispatches
Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or collection
Maintain accurate records and a tidy parts area
Process supply-only sales, including invoicing and client communication
Provide general office administration and clerical support
Handle calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Assist with quotes, invoices, and finance administration
Support the wider team with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements
Previous supply chain experience required; office admin experience preferred
Confident telephone manner and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with job management or CRM software is a plus
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
