The Job:

Are you good at customer service and keeping logistics running smoothly? Join Bruntons Propellers, a leading specialist in marine propellers design and manufacturing. We're based in Clacton on Sea and are a busy team in the marine industry.

About the Role:

We're seeking a versatile Logistics Coordinator and Office Administrator to support our fast-paced business. The role is office based and combines customer support with efficient logistics management. As a key team member, you'll play a vital part in our daily shipments of marine components.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, guiding clients through product selection and order processes. Collaborate with sales, production, procurement and engineering teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and issue resolution. Coordinate logistics for daily worldwide shipments, including arranging freight for items of all sizes (from small spares to oversized gear), managing customs documentation, and tracking deliveries. Communicate with customers, sending Sales Orders and keeping customers informed about their progression. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, process invoices, and handle general office administration tasks. Liaise with customers to arrange service works for their propellers. Proactively learn about Bruntons' product range and contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in logistics and shipping, particularly with international freight Exceptional customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and resolving queries efficiently. A true team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Enthusiasm and willingness to dive into learning about marine propellers and Bruntons' innovative product lineup. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and attention to detail. Previous admin experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting is a plus.
