CMAC are the leading ground transport coordination experts, who are looking to recruit Supply Executive for UK & Ireland.

The main function of the role



Managing supplier relationships through dedicated territories. Developing existing partnerships, harvesting new technical opportunities and negotiating best value solutions for our clients. This role is a remote position but with one or two days per week at the CMAC office in Accrington. There is also a requirement to be able to travel internationally.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:



Build structured and manage hotel supplier relationships that balance long-term objectives with shorter-term requirements and leverage the value of each supplier towards the needs of the Company and the end customer. Manage country specific hotel supply with the support of a dedicated internal Hotel Relations Department. Negotiate rates with hotel supply chain in line with client?rate?agreements Ensure commission agreements are in place and commission is obtained on all CMAC hotel bookings where possible Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support CMAC's expansion of accommodation offerings into new and emerging markets (Corporate, Airline Crew, Emergency Housing), ensuring sufficient supply and?appropriate contractual?terms. Ensure that there is a robust network of hotel suppliers across UK& Ireland in terms of coverage, scale and quality to meet the requirements of the business by carrying out regular appraisals of the network and undertaking supplier recruitment as required. To drive and implement all integration opportunities to create efficiencies internally and externally. Ensure customer complaints and invoice queries are addressed and resolved with the relevant?hotel?supplier in?a timely?and professional manner. Support the?Head of Accommodation?and wider management team with the competitive tendering processes for new and existing client accounts. Analyse, review, and report on Management Information against KPIs and objectives to external suppliers and the Head of Accommodation, including leading monthly QBRs to assess performance and drive improvement. Represent the department in internal meetings, collaborating closely with internal teams to stay informed on service delivery issues and communicate supplier performance and status within assigned areas clearly and concisely. Continuously profile the external hotel supply market to understand the influences of competition, technology, legislation, supply and demand To meet and exceed the SLA and KPI department requirements

Skills and competencies



Analytical & Commercial Skills:

Strong ability to analyse KPIs, produce management reports, and drive supplier performance improvement. Experienced in managing supplier SLAs, negotiating competitive rates, and optimising spend. Able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Relationship & Communication Skills

: Excellent stakeholder management, capable of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and clients. Confident in representing the department in internal meetings and leading monthly QBRs with suppliers. Skilled in presenting management information clearly and concisely.

Operational & Organisational Skills

: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple supplier portfolios across different locations. Proactive in identifying and resolving service delivery issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.

Technical & System Proficiency:

Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools for analysis and dashboards.

Preferred Experience

: Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or travel management, ideally within a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Understanding of supplier dynamics in time-critical operational settings and experience collaborating across internal functions to ensure consistent service delivery.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
