Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing environment, where the development and well-being of children are our top priorities. Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across various domains, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills. Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education within the nursery setting. Provide leadership support to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom dynamics while maintaining a nurturing environment. Demonstrated leadership skills or potential for leadership roles within an educational setting. A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing positively to their early learning experiences.
