Salary starts at 23,793 with possible progression through a tier system to 27,849 (full time 35 hours a week)

About the job



As part of the Support Delivery Service Team a Support Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a caseload of support workers and providing outstanding support across the UK to students in higher education. As the dedicated point of contact for support workers, students, universities, and funding bodies, you will ensure a positive and supportive experience through Clear Links. Accurately recording information, maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively is an essential part of the role.

Responsibilities



Overseeing a team of support workers Ensuring students have access to regular, high quality support Liaising with funding bodies, universities, support workers and students Building a rapport with stakeholders Working effectively as part of a team Attending external meetings and events as required

Minimum Criteria (Key Requirements):



Higher education experience (academic or work related) Office or administration experience including good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions High attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build rapport with others Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a proactive attitude

Desirable Criteria (nice to have)



Knowledge of student support services, especially NMH (non-medical help) provision Awareness of safeguarding and student wellbeing practices Confidence in signposting to relevant services Experience of dealing with funding bodies and understanding support funding processes Ability to deliver or contribute to internal training
