What is the main purpose of the role?

As our Support Designer you will work closely with the Senior Proposals Designer and the wider Marketing Team to create tender documents, sales proposals and client presentations, ensuring a uniform Lancer Scott brand across all materials, whilst balancing this with tailored design work to mirror the clients look and feel

What will be my core responsibilities?

Use Indesign, photoshop and illustrator to create the full range of client proposals working with existing templates to ensure a consistent Lancer Scott brand. Work closely with the Account Directors and Project Managers to understand client requirements and ensure all the content is correct and accurately reflects our proposal. Create and maintain case studies, staff CVs and presentations to help increase bid success rates. Maintain and refresh the data library of content and imagery to ensure it reflects an up to date position on our key contributors and key projects. Update the projects tracker to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the current status at any point in time. Support the creation of and standardisation of company documents so that central templates can be used across the company ensuring consistency

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

A competent user of Indesign, and knowledge of photoshop and illustrator. A creative eye and ability to produce visually appealing work. Excellent attention to detail to ensure a high quality finish along with consistent formatting. Happy and able to work at pace and be flexible to respond to changing needs regarding tender submissions and sales proposals. Keep up to date with industry changes and design trends to produce relevant and fresh work. A professional communication style, both written and verbally, able to engage positively with a wide range of stakeholders. A collaborative approach to contribute to team success.
