About the Role:
In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. From following up on quotes and booking meetings, to supporting Project Managers in delivering outstanding results, you'll help position our company as a supplier of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales team by following up on quotes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist Project Managers in coordinating schedules, documentation, project timelines and ensuring successful delivery.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing excellent customer service.
Promote the company on social media, helping to build brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide general administrative support across Sales and Operations.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Experience in an administrative role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms (HubSpot).
