Conduce are looking for highly motivated Support Engineers to join our team based in Edinburgh, UK. The Support Team is responsible for the complete management of the 24/7/365Conduce Support service.

Responsibilities

:

1. Respond immediately to customer inquiries via Conduce Support line and provide clear and concise guidance to customers for immediate issue resolution.

2. Develop an in-depth understanding of Conduce software solutions.

3. Stay updated on product updates, patches, and new features.

4. Report issues using Azure DevOps for rectification.

5. Investigate and analyses technical problems, identify root causes and suggest effective solutions.

6. Documents troubleshooting steps and resolutions for internal knowledge base and customer reference.

7. Educate customers on best practices, usage tips, and potential workarounds.

8. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user understanding.

9. Collaborate with wider teams to resolve escalated issues.

10. Test and validate reported issues to ensure accurate problem identification.

11. Gather customer feedback on software usability and issues to inform product improvement.

12. Advocate for customer needs and contribute to the enhancement of user experience.

13. Extend internal support to wider team as needed.

The Ideal candidate will have

:

Education: University degree or equivalent Direct experience in an airline/engineering environment. Native English, C1 IELTS language level or proven strong fluency in written and spoken English. Great communication skills. Excel at building and maintaining positive and productive interpersonal relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.). Honesty and integrity. Excellent time management skills. A team player but able to work independently. Strong attention to detail.

Desirable

:

Direct experience with aviation Technical Logbooks. Second languages at any level. Experience implementing IT Software projects.

Additional Information



Please note that this is a shift based role, minimum 48 hours per week covering 24/7/365. Shifts will include covering weekends and overnights in the office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-40,000.00 per year
