About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Support Manager
to oversee multiple care homes and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving quality, managing performance, and supporting care home teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
You will act as a mentor to home managers, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and management across multiple care homes, ensuring the right people are recruited, trained, and supported in their roles.
Promote a positive, inclusive work culture that aligns with the organisation's values.
Support, train, and mentor care home managers and staff to deliver high-quality care.
Monitor and manage financial and operational performance, including budgeting, reporting, and development plans.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including CQC standards.
Oversee care quality and environmental standards, ensuring safe, supportive, and comfortable homes for residents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory bodies.
Implement systems for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service outcomes.
Skills & Attributes
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience (preferred).
Proven background in managing or supporting care homes or similar healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and governance within the care sector.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of best practices in elderly care and service quality improvement.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
